After this period, he takes an interest in history of art and drawing while attending evening classes for three years. Meanwhile he gives up non-figurative art and resumes an interest in traditional art, first through drawings, then by using other techniques. Later on, Papasso slips into ichonographically traditional situations showing clashing and contrasting imprints.
